Sonos has announced its Black Friday deals, over a week before the sales weekend is due to start. Its voice-controlled Sonos One speaker will be discounted to $174, $25 less than its regular retail price, while its newest product, the compact Sonos Beam soundbar (which also features Alexa voice control), will be discounted by $50 to $349. Finally, the company’s Sonos Sub is getting a hefty $100 discount, although its price still sits high at $599.
We liked both of the voice-controlled products when we reviewed them. The Sonos One pretty successfully combines the smarts of Alexa with sound quality that’s far superior to Amazon’s first-party efforts (although its promised Google Assistant support has been delayed to 2019). Meanwhile, the Sonos Beam is a simple yet effective upgrade over your TV’s built-in speakers.
The deals on the three products will be running between November 22nd and 26th, starting on the Thanksgiving in the US, and running all the way through to Cyber Monday.
